The goal of the project was to create the Ready Talents Platform - a comprehensive tool designed to streamline recruitment between companies and talent providers. The platform enables companies to search for and select candidates, while allowing providers to manage talent profiles in one place. By centralizing and automating key stages of the recruitment process – from registration to final selection – the solution enhances efficiency, transparency, and user experience for all parties involved.
Emdad Al Khebrat, founded in 2014 as a subsidiary of Elm, specializes in human capital solutions and business services. Leveraging local talent and expert knowledge, the company supports the growth of both organizations and individuals, creating a lasting impact on the job market in Saudi Arabia. As part of its digital transformation strategy, Emdad required a modern platform to better match talent supply and demand — with a strong focus on process automation, integration with external databases, a clear management interface, and real-time candidate filtering.
In collaboration with Emdad Al Khebarat, we provided full technological support – from planning and development to testing and deployment of the Ready Talents platform. An experienced team of specialists was involved in the project, including a Project Manager, Tech Lead, developers, QA engineers, and a UX/UI Designer. The goal was to create an intuitive, scalable tool that streamlines recruitment and talent management. Our team worked closely with the client to deliver a solution aligned with their vision and market needs. The result is a modern, stable platform that addresses enterprise-level HR challenges.
