About the project

Auto Partner previously handled customer claims entirely manually. The support team was overloaded, response times were long, and visibility into case status was limited. The goal of the project was to create a dedicated AI system that would automate the process, speed up ticket handling, and reduce employee workload. Qarbon IT first delivered a Proof of Concept in Azure and then implemented the full system with an admin panel and a customer widget. RAG and intent classification enabled automated claims processing and instant responses. Integration with the client’s systems ensured full control over case history and claim status.
