The client’s needs

Our Client was looking for a software company to develop a sophisticated web application for online errands by state institutions and private entities operating in Saudi Arabia. The client was seeking to shift their business operations in Saudi Arabia from offline to online. They needed a comprehensive platform that could cater to all their requirements, such as visa applications for foreign employees, adherence to ministry regulations, and hassle-free employee transfers between different companies.

Our role in the project

The Qiwa platform is so extensive that the client needed the support of teams from multiple sources. We, as Qarbon IT, were one of the software companies working on the project. Our role was to implement individual Qiwa services such as Dashboard, Notifications, and Employee List, and support with Monthly Report and eAdvisor. Until now, Qiwa's applications have been written in many different technologies. The client decided to standardize this and we were chosen to pioneer future services, which from now on are written in React.js and Java. This significant change meant that some solutions were introduced for the first time and it was our responsibility to test the new approach and solutions.
